Dear Friends of Crown King,
All of us here at the Crown King Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank everyone who contributed to, helped with, and attended the 2011 Dinner Dance and Auction. This years Dinner Dance went off without a hitch. With great attendance and good spirits it was as successful as always despite the still struggling economy. Thanks to the selfless donations of goods, time and services, and the generosity of all who attended, we were able to raise the money to help support our continuing effort to make Crown King a safe place for all who visit and live in our small mountain community. This year proceeds will be used to fund fuels reduction programs, apparatus maintenance, training for our volunteers, pre-fire planning and purchasing communication and medical equipment, all of which help us reduce threats to life and property and continue providing the best services possible. We would not be able to do this without the continued support and contributions of all our friends and neighbors. Once again, thank you for all your help.
